3. Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Prices are subject to change if additional work or materials are required beyond the original scope.
- Any unforeseen issues discovered during work will be communicated promptly, and additional costs will be agreed upon before proceeding.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or approved credit/debit cards.
- Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients must provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure to provide notice may result in a call-out fee.
6. Warranty
- The Company provides a 12-month warranty on workmanship.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and materials.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.
7. Liability
The Company is not liable for pre-existing issues or damages caused by third-party contractors. Liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
8. Access and Safety
The Client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
9. Privacy
The Company will handle all Client information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10. Governing Law
